The course equips students with knowledge and understanding of advanced topics in accordance with contemporary legislation, and accounting standards so as to logically handle several accounting aspects. This course heavily builds on the knowledge and understanding gained from previous Accounting papers i.e. Intermediate Accounting I & II. Topics covered include: international accounting and the development of standards; business combinations; and consolidated statements of financial statements.
