This course involves the identification and ecology of plant and animal species in the
tropical ecosystems. This is an intensive course that will require students to travel to
different tropical ecosystems to observe, study, and specifically identify wild flora, fauna
and habitats. The course learning from both lecture and practical experience will take
place in the field preferably at a biological field station.
