ABIO BTEC 351: ANALYTICAL BIOCHEMISTRY / BAGC 221: AGRICULTURAL BIOCHEMISTRY I

The course is designed to describe biochemical terms and explain the various functions of proteins, carbohydrates, and lipids including the behavior of biomolecules/biochemical systems. It also provides opportunity for students to interpret data generated from application of biochemical techniques and transform written descriptions of quantitative behaviors of biomolecules into graphical representations. The students will be be able to work cooperatively in teams to identify a problem, formulate a plan, and accomplish a task in analytical biochemistry.
