Level: Second Year; Semester One
The course is designed to provide students with knowledge, and techniques in spectrophotometic and separation analysis in biological, chemical, environmental, forensic, and medical and quality control areas. Practical experience is gained in the operation of infrared, ultraviolet/visible and atomic absorption spectrophotometers, gas and liquid chromatographs to provide a strong foundation for advanced studies in instrumental methods of analysis.
